There might be several situations requiring a player to get muted. The most part of them are related with the language and with what is being told in public or private chat.
Any GM would normally warn you before proceeding with the muting.
If you have not been warned, it might have been due to a very bad sentence, requiring immediate action. Or perhaps - if your account is shared as I suspect it to be - another player had been warned already, while using it, and you didn't know (another good reason not to share accounts).
While you wait for the GM who muted you to answer your question, I suggest you reading once again game rules: you might understand by yourself what brought you to the punishment.
And for the general culture's sake, this is how the mute system works.

Hello Jagkkk, first off i would like to remember you we already had a long discussion on Telegram where i explained you all the rules regarding account selling and sharing, including many other rules like how one gets muted. Also would like to remember you, you have been muted in the past for ingame promoting your account sale, so after it not being the first mute you get, and after the several time i dedicated you for the rules explanations, including the reasons one gets muted, i did not think it was further necessary to explain you again the reason.
This aside, i have a question:

1) In the past i made you make an forum account for wich i even assisted for its creation with the original name of your IGN as stated by the rules, how comes you're now using another forum account instead of your original normal one?
