Give us some more info: all of your characters? Which kind of error are you getting? Are you certain you typed in names and passwords correctly? Do you have net connection?

Yes, I should I know for a fact that I've enter my User and Password. I've tried recovering it and I never get the Emails. My characters name is MaxStone and he's over level 13

I had the game system sending you a password recovery email.
Please check your email address (or adresses, if you do not remember which one of them you linked to the account).
Have a look in spam folder as well: recovery mail happens to be filed there.
Let us know if this solved your problem

Sadly I cannot find the email My character was level 14 and now im going to have to farm my new character all the way up to fifteen before I can head to the new Area.

There is currently a problem with that map, which is going to be fixed soon. You are not going to loose the account because of that
