Developer (Creator ) of the least visited Russian forum.I feel the infringement of their rights

I already gave you the instructions on how to contact the Developper.
Among the official staff, i am the only one with Telegram. Developper is to be contacted as instructed in my previous reply, thanks.

on a side note:
The developper is not required to check the forums as hes plenty busy and has to focus on game developpement, that is the reason why us GM instead do this part of the job, so he isnt ignoring the russian part of the forum because he feels like, exactly as we arent ignoring it and always giving a reply whenever we can.

Have you been banned from what?
You have not been banned from forum, or you wouldn't be posting this.
Perhaps one of your characters has been jailed. Please be more specific: explain what you mean with "banned", and explain what you mean with "you", since everyone can nowadays have several virtual identities.
As an example, I have at least 6 OV characters and I refer to them all as "me" - digital era is headache time
