Where do you buy bullets?
Bullets are sold in every town from the npcs and even from some street vendors.
examples:
Map code 6.3 : silosia top right by following the street untill the exit.
Map code 4.2: top left corner town, easternmost npc
Map code 3.0: Vuz, centermost npcs inside the town
and many more places
