Most weapons can be bought from the daily shop refreshes everyday (ingame npcs), they shuffle at random, so if lucky enough you could find some really good weapons

npc ones that sell clothes and weapons , refresh daily at 11.13 server time

Good to know! I always thought it seemed like they changed but I never thought too much about it
