Your character has been found guilty of abusing a game bug, and punished accordingly.
You can read here to know about it.

I never use any bugs, and I also don't know who used bugs. although there is someone used bug, you can't punish every one.
find the person who should be penalized, return my level and experience, is it hard?

Please note that the players already punished are 100% culprit on abusing what ardesia already stated, the system tracks/records EVERYTHING and all has been checked thoroughly before punishing players.

According to game server logs, the character 735040030 has been closing a repeatable quest 219 times. The quest was possible to be closed no more than 120 times (given one or two), unless abusing a bug.
If you have been able closing it 219 times without abuses, please explain us how you did it: we have no interest in punishing innocent players.

in fact, I didn't see any tip say quest is limited.

in quest log or anywhere, there aren't any tip tell me the quest is limited!!!

it is not an issue of the quest being limited... it's that the only way to have achieved the number you (and several others) did is by exploiting an obvious bug. Please do not reply again on this thread, but contact Aegis or Ardesia or myself via PM and we can discuss further. Thank you
