Respawn sensors?

Hello! I accepted the quest at the slaver camp to put the sensors down to help notify them of "Hunters" moving around the area. But I got the sensors and sold them thinking I could just buy them back later, yet none of the vendors there are selling them. Could I perhaps have them respawned for me?
