关于保护低等级玩家是个好做法
但却别低等级玩家利用攻击高等级玩家的作弊限制
官方是否修改被攻击能否还击
It's a good idea to protect low-level players But do not use low-level players to attack cheating high-level players limit Whether the attack can be modified to attack whether the counterattack

那么有一个系统来保护低级玩家，如果你的歹徒或派系中的系统被删除。well there is a system to protect low level players that system gets removed if your outlaw or in a faction that system will be removed.
