A person at first town gives a daily quest that reward random item(like jerry) and sometimes give a special quest(hard quest because of reward) that has a chance to give player some loot box. So that it will make people lively to check everyday if there is a better quest.

Note:special quest should only appear after finishing the daily quest to prevent people from just ignoring daily quest.
