Fix Joystick

Joystick is desperate need of some fixing.
First off, you can't scavenge from anything when using js. You have to turn on tap to move to get the hand search icon to pop up on cars and such.
This makes it where if you like to use the joystick (which i do)
THE MOST HORRIBLE AND ANNOYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS
in terms of movement.
You either open the map when you try to move, or tap tell game screen and be auto force walked to where you tapped on the screen.
Seperate the *** map and joystick, I swear to god whoever came up with that unfortunate idea needs to literally be smacked in the face. Like.. yeah please whoever came up with that idea come stand before me so I can literally just kick you square in the cashews because you're the *** that deserves it.
Tl;dr, seperate js from map. Thats just stupid.
Fix the no scavenge bug. I literally didn't know how to loot cars and such because when you have tap to move turned off, you can't search them anymore. There's a reason I turned off the freakin tap to move. Fix it.
