New feature: Robots

Major Omega Update!
We introduce the newest update, with robots in it's theme!
- The mysterious bunker doors west of the Metal Dome are about to unravel their secrets!
- To get there Colonel Adams in VUZ will give you a new assignment if you have completed the "Tank parts to go" questline.
- After completing the quests inside you will be granted access to the special Robotic Assembly Bench
- Hunt down and destroy the robots inside the lab, and use their parts to create your own companions (must have perk "robotist")
- we also added a new follower: the "reinforced safe". It's a small robot that provides you item storage and have a huge durability but now offensive capabilities.

for updating, for a new location, I wanted to say thank you. This time our expectations paid off)) At this location there is all that I wanted. Crowd mobs, interesting quest. There was a greater meaning in the "intellect". But the correction is still needed. I ran into a problem with the robots. I created 3 robots that followed me and performed their functions. When I left the bunker one disappeared, I returned to the bunker but the third did not appear.

Please note that companions use up the normal followers slot, wich means are limited to tops 2 active at time everywhere.
You CAN summon more than 2 and keep them active as long you don't leave the map, but if you want to move in any other map, i suggest you only use/activate 2 per time
Will let developper know tho to limit the summoning the robots to 2 in order to avoid wasting robots, thanks
