to make OV more interesting

to make OV more interesting, i think OV terms could write some story about main town, cave, such as Robot Beach, even especial npc and mob, like LOL Universe.
And this stories, and info, put in books.
Player will find and can read... Its a good idea...
+this idea is good for new quests.
