Well the time the arena becomes active is a bit difficult for other people, example is the 10:00 and 20:00 something arena active time is early morning and latenight at some places making it more difficult for some players to experience the thrill of doing or conquering of the bunker.

If possible add another active time in between of the current active time so that other players could also experience the bunker

I completely agree with this, I think a third time should be added

I think that as we go on adding more bosses, its going to come a time where all the times of the day are covered, thus the reason why no more timeframes are planned to be added for current ones.
