problem with skill points

I have a problem ! level 5, and points only 13! nickname Frost 5 level.

Please double check if you didn't use up two points already and also note the following:
Skill points required for an attribute point increase at certain attribute points assigned per stat as following:
Attribute pts 1 to 11 = 1skill point ea
12 to 21 = 2skill points ea
22 to 31 = 3skill poins ea
And so on...

The fact is that I only have 13 points, although it should be 15! And I looked it over!

So heres the breakdown of points you used:
1 to 11 attribute points in INT = 1x11 = 11skill points cost
11 to 13 attribute points in INT = 2x2 = 4 skill points cost
Total skill points needed for 13 INT attribute points: 15
