Have you double checked if you didn't lost it due to dieing from PvE, sold, traded or deposited it by any chance?

Here after PvE things disappeared. I did not know what it could be. In "Forgotten Tales" there is no such thing, so I thought it was the same thing. And more: the disappeared things were not put on me, they were in a bag
