Help! I lost points on character reset!

Hello. I already posted this in "bugs". I paid in the "buy extra stuff" to reset my character. But I lost 4 attribute points. Now I'm a level 7, with ony 17 points to spend. I should have 21. Please help!

Can you please post as reply where you put your points into?
(STR,DEX,INT,END,PER)
And the screens showing your current PTS and the ones to still use (you can also send them as PM to me directly if you prefer to do so)

Before I reset my character I had Strength: 1 Perception: 1 Dexterity: 2 Endurance: 5 Intelligence: 5 and I had 7 unspent points. For a total of 21 (I was level 7). After I reset I only had 17 points to spend (missing 4 points). I'm now level 8, with only 20 points total (and none to spend). I should have 24 total. So I'm still missing 4 points.

After increasing the character's characteristics to 11, 21, 31, 41 ... the number of skill points required to increase the character's characteristics increases by 1. The screenshot shows that you have spent all 24 skill points

What? 1+3+15+0+1=20 ...not 24.

And after resetting my character I went from 21 total skill points, to 17. That was before I spent them on anything, including endurance. Which I spent 15 on endurance, and it raised it to 15, so what you're saying doesn't make sense. This was all while at level 7.

strength 1, dexterity 3, endurance 19, perception 0, intelligence 1. I repeat once again, after improving any characteristics to 11, each subsequent increase in characteristics by 1 will cost 2 skill points. That's why out of 15 endurance points, you get 11 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 19 points you spent on this feature. 1 + 3 +19 + 0 + 1 = 24 skill points you have spent total

When you have 21 points of "endurance", then each subsequent improvement in performance by 1 will cost 3 skill points already. When you have 31 points of "endurance", then each subsequent improvement in performance by 1 will cost 4 points of skills. And similarly further

Except that's not what happened. I reset at level 7. I had exactly 17 points to spend no matter what I put them into. I put 15 into endurance and it raised it to 15. I did not put 19 points into it. So what you're saying doesn't sound right.

Look at the remaining points for distribution. Distribute them to other characteristics just as you had on 1 account.
