Give guilds their own radar color so they don't have to add whole guild as friends

Bump.
Sometimes there's more motion dots on the same map in our radar. I don't want to be weary on the arriving dot only to find out it's my Sovereign.

A great idea
Blue for friends
Red for faction members
Orange for Alliance members

something like this would still be great... though it should be tied to statistics and a skill imo

What if there was a range for identifying the purple dots on the radar..
The higher a characters Perception the bigger the range..
Or perhaps the binoculars should have a use... Especially since its a quest reward

that's a very nice idea... and the binoculars do have a use - you can (or should be able at least) zoom your screen out further with binoculars than you can without them

The binoculars dont do anything sadly
They are probably intended to work and the flavour text suggests as much but no..

I got 20 binoculars once and trust me it never WORKS...
Its a good thing if it does since you will see others who are coming close to you or mob dragging to you.
2-3 map tiles range is enough to see everything since sqoyote (2 and a half) has a range that can see us in that position.
