Bikes: Maybe it has a hard crafting recipe... (But it makes your walk speed 175% faster)

Tire armor recipe (Tier 2)

Tire headgear

~2 truck tire
~2 nail packs
~5 glass shards

Tire shoulderpads

~1 truck tire
~2 nail packs

Tire suit (the armor part not the clothing)

~3 truck tires
-4 nail packs
~3 cloth (the one that you can make into a clean bandage)

Stats:

Each tire shoulderpads

~4 Armor
~ -5 dodge
~ -5 walking speed

Ture suit
~7 armor
~ -8 dodge
~ -8 walking speed

Tell me if the armor and bike is OP

As i have said... Bikes have a hard recipe ... Let the developer(s) think about the recipe

And the tire armor...make the success chance to 70%

Tire armor would be an extension of the tired jimmy actual quest i suppose as the headpart is obtainable from there already.

I don't know the exact stats of the so called mk3 equipment, but this tire armour feels a bit easy to make as you can currently buy tires. If they were only a random find, and the crafting recipe is in one of the higher crafting tiers (2-3) when these are added, then it might be better balanced.

You can also make it a pure boss tanking armour by bumping the AC higher than anything else (9-12), increasing the walk speed penalty to match and adding a -5% aiming to each piece (I imagine moving in a tire suit is not comfortable at all). You become a crawling rubber mound that can't hit a thing but can survive a missile strike (especially coupled with good endurance/healing skills).

For the bike recipe how about this:
10 iron bars
3 tough leather (the one from the knife recipe)
2 tires
3 weak tech (there may be other tech pieces, I haven't seen them yet)
2 glass panes (not broken shards, the second tier of glass)

That's a full standard inventory of 20 slots. However, I think the 175% boost is a bit too much if you dont have a penalty like: for the first five seconds after you stop moving you cannot attack, or something similar. I don't see how mounting/dismounting would be implemented otherwise.

While you are using a bike...you cannot attack so it is fair
