Algorithm for creating a house:

You need to find a suitable house, stand next to it, enter the command /pos and take a screenshot. Next, you go to the forum and ask in this post whether it is possible to buy a house in the specified coordinates. If the answer is yes, a house marker will be installed in this place so that you can buy this house in the future when you buy the item "Private house"
You buy the item "Private house" and after that write your nickname in this post and say that now you are ready to buy a house in the specified coordinates. After that, the item "Private house" will be removed from your inventory and your home will be in the specified coordinates. You can also immediately buy the item Private house and completely purchase a house, so as not to write several times
