So, under what circumstances is it okay to ask for lost experience/items? In most cases server lag is a good reason to expect more customers service. I'm asking for what's right.

The problem with connecting to the server is on your side, because the server is working fine, it serves as many as 2 games and we did not notice that the players are experiencing massive problems, so you cannot count on compensation.
