Hello this my first post so here we go.
this method effective if you not level 3.
Many beginner got died due starvation or thirst, so this are my recipe to avoid it.
At Silosa (gas station/beginner town) Water bottle cost 48 while food with best stat are shasilk that cost 47 and it will not give you radiation.
So every time you do hunt or scavenge at end of day you must earn minimum 120 caps. I suggest you focus on scavenge scrap metal and low quality metal, having 6 scrap mental or 5 low quality metal will sufficient enough to buy water and food (sell it at silosa vendor). the rest of money can be invest on other or be save for future spend. if you got injured you can receive free medical treatment at silosa.
