Jimmy tired quest exploit bug

OV Account name: the one you were playing when you encountered the bug:sergei45 & (former) tsport
Time of bug: if possible, use /time in game and report server time when you noticed the bug, otherwise "same time as post" or similar is still very helpful: early week of 3.9 update
Where: (where is the bug): tired blueprint quest
What: (what happened): item █████ ████ ██████ ██ ███ ███████
Why: (Why do you think this is a bug): other █████ ████ ██████ ██ ███ ███████
Other comments: (add any other information you think is relevant): Cordinate is basically useless (my freind say) also location of █████ ████ █ are on extremely dangerous place. This quest should not for lower level maybe level 13-15.
