Just to help you guys. You can gather at a certain time in the game.
Example :
Contacting eachother in the game or trough the forum message.

Player one : Be in the place ... at the 2pm, UK time
Player two : I cannot
Player one : Be there or i will stay 5 minutes for another person passing by.

And one group can gather at the same time in a single zone and the second group in another zone, but the second group can sell only weaker weapons and such.
Example :
Contacting eachother in the game or trough the forum message.

Player one, two give message eachother and to player three.
Player one : I have weapon ... Meet me at ...
Player two : Ok, let talk to another player
Player one and two or any of those, to player three : Meet us at ...
Player three : Weaker stuff ?
Player two : No
