Possible bug? Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks guys for this game, I really like it!

You see, I reached lvl 5 and I'm making my efforts in order to gather more chips. Today I found myself with something around 2300 chips and I went to the combi van in order to pay a trip in to the Arab settlement so I did.

My surprise is that I just ordered the trip and the screen went black for a while and then spawned in front of the Dr. in the first town where I begun, so, I traveled nowhere and got 2k less in a blink.

Did I made something wrong? What could it possibly missed? Those 2k chips hurted in the belly

Change the server in the game settings (on the password entry screen, click on the gear-shaped button and select the main server) and create a new account. And in the future, don't touch the settings if you don't know what you're doing
