Cannot equip some itens

Greetings. I comeback to game after some years. Now I can't equip my louis lmg and my g-suit set. There is any bug related to these specific pieces of gear? Can someone help me with this issue. Thanks in advance.

In the description of the equipment, a level is written that is necessary to use it
