Regular daily restart

Starting today, game server is regularly restarting everyday at 11:13 game time.
(type /time in chat, in order to know what time is it in the game world)

So u know the main issue why i did that? So ur a chinese defender. Worst gm did to me. Why dont u remove the spam player?!
