Stuck PM

Hello,
I tried to send a PM on this forum. It's in my outbox, instead of in my sent messages. Am I being oblivious or am I doing something wrong?
I have tried to attach some screenshots. They are usually in .PNG format, but this forum doesn't accept PNG. May that can be allowed?
