Customizable armor

A New feature to the game that let's you customize your suit of power armor you can sell it and make it to make you need 25 intelligence to get a perk that let's you make power armor that to make it you need a armor station to make it, their is 4 different armor types and each armor can hold 3 abilities and their is 9 abilities. First Ability: Emergency Protocol- It flashes your enemy for 4 seconds making them unable to move or hit uses 15% of your suit fuel 60 second cooldown. Second Ability- Electric Shock increase melee hit by 500% lasts one hit uses 10% fuel 30 second cooldown. Third Ability:Electricmagnetic Field, Ranged weapons do no damage to the user lasts
3 seconds, uses 25% fuel, 90 second cooldown, I'm thinking of more leave suggestions for other suit abilities. 1st suit type Tank: 80 Armor, -20 Dexterity, 20 Strength, 2nd suit type Sprinter: 70 Dexterity, 10 armor, 2 strength 3rd suit type Kamikaze: 75 Strength, 5 armor, 7 Dexterity. 4th suit type Shooter: 30 perception, 25 armor, 25 Dexterity,
