Private house - new object in OV, which combines the function of storage for items and pets and a workbench with all existing recipes in the game, and there is also a safe zone in a small radius around the house. A private house itself is not a full-fledged object, it is just a marker that is placed on the texture of buildings already placed on the map. When you click on the house, 2 buttons appear: the left button opens the storage of items, the right button opens the recipe menu for creating items. At the moment, a private house can only be purchased through a special request on the forum, which must be reviewed and approved by the game developer or GM

Also there are some rules for the acquisition of homes:

1. A private house cannot be placed next to quest objects or other objects with interaction. This will make it difficult to access your home or other objects
2. A private house can only be installed on objects that are logically suitable for human habitation and are not noticeably destroyed. For example, you cannot have a house in the form of a stone or settle in the ruins of a building, there must be a more or less intact roof above your head
3. A private home cannot be placed near any regular events or in dangerous locations with uncontrolled PvP. In some cases, this can be used to gain advantage over other players, in other cases, it conversely could be a problem for the owner
4. Only the game administration decides whether you can place a house in a specific coordinates. Over time, this opinion can be changed
5. The private house marker will be placed exclusively on the place where the main entrance to the building is located (front door, doorway, etc.). Responsibility for the availability of interaction with the house remains with the player, the house marker will not be moved in this case

To fully buy a house you need to purchase a special item "Private house" for real money and ask the game developer or GM to activate it. Also in the game there is another item "Extend private house storage" which increases the storage of all purchased homes at 20 slots. It can be used independently
